Why can’t we rent a car through your website?

Our solution is aligned around our “electric” app which is designed to give a wonderful seamless experience. Giving access through the website defeats the purpose of mitigating the manual/cumbersome process.

Why can’t I speak to a live person at customer service?

All our processes are streamlined though our app which has an option to chat with our customer support team. We always crave to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason a customer’s issue is not resolved via chat, one of our support personnel will reach the customer over the phone to resolve the issue.

How do I access your app?

Our app could be down loaded from either “App” store or “Play” store

In what cities is your service available?

Our vehicles would soon be available at Miami International Airport, Palmbeach International Airport, Fort Lauderdale Airport and Orlando International Airport in Florida and Los Angeles Airport and San Francisco Airport and San Diego Airport in California. We are rapidly expanding and will reach other major US cities in the coming weeks.
